At Ricardo Fine Car ArtWork, we want you to be completely satisfied with your automotive masterpiece. If your artwork arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all standard inventory items.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return or exchange your piece.
Receive Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct shipping address for our gallery studio.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original protective tubing or flat-pack crate to ensure it is not creased or damaged during transit.
Inspection and Refund
After our curators inspect the returned artwork, we will process your refund or ship your replacement piece within 5-7 business days.
